It is a cruel, barbaric, torturous and unnecessary practice which is a testament to the greed, lack of compassion and empathy of much of humanity. Those who perpetuate, support and profit from this industry are sure to find themselves on the wrong side of history when future generations ask the question – how was this both tolerated and allowed in a ‘so called’ civilized society?”
