Simple infections are already proving impossible to treat for some patients, with the rise of antibiotic resistance. Not only that, but zoonotic disease is a huge potential risk as well. The next pandemic is potentially already brewing on one of our vast poultry factory farms. The only way to ensure we can preserve human health is to radically shift our animal food production practices.’
